We are now looking for a Project Administrator on behalf of our client who wants to be a key person in one or more ongoing projects. In this role, you will support 2-3 projects with a clear focus on project economics and administration.

This is a position for someone who thrives in a structured role where you can combine numbers, follow-up, and collaboration with both internal and external parties.

As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing project economics and ensure that the projects have good financial control. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Management of the projects' financial accounting

• Reporting of financial outcomes

• Preparation of monthly and annual forecasts

• Follow-up of outcomes against budget

• Order placement (PO)

• Invoice management

• Contact with suppliers and follow-up on placed purchase orders

To thrive and succeed in the role of Project Administrator, we see that you have a good understanding of administrative processes and an interest in project economics. You are structured, responsible, and have an easy time creating order even when multiple projects are running in parallel.

We would like you to have:

• Experience working as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role alternatively a relevant educational background and a desire to develop within project work

• Basic to good understanding of project economics and financial flows

• Experience or interest in:

  • budget follow-up and financial reporting

  • forecast work

  • handling of purchase orders (PO) and invoices

• Familiarity with working in business or financial systems

• Very good knowledge of Excel and good system skills in general

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Start: As soon as possible

• Duration: At least 12 months, with good opportunities for extension
