As an Area Manager at Hemfrid, there is a strong focus on ensuring that your employees are happy and that you deliver world-class customer service. You will work to create profitable growth together with your employees in the area, and you excel at including everyone in the common goals. To ensure that employees feel good in the long term, you always work proactively and ensure that the next day's schedule is always 100% functional. Of course, unforeseen questions and incidents from employees/customers arise during the day, and here the Area Manager is flexible, efficient, and solution-oriented. Additionally, the Area Manager is skilled at onboarding new customers into the schedule, planning ahead, and conducting interviews for upcoming recruitments. You lead and delegate tasks for the employees in your team, and your responsibilities include resource planning, follow-up, and development of your employees.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and motivations. We are looking for someone who is relationship-building both with customers and your employees. In addition, we would like you to be business-driven and goal-oriented to continue developing Hemfrid. You focus on both employees and customers and are therefore attentive, flexible, and service-oriented. • Previous experience or interest in leadership and management

• Previous experience from a broad role with a fast pace and many different tasks 

• Previous experience working with B2C and/or B2B business

• Driver's license (B)

• You are passionate about providing good service

• You are proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented while also having a good ability to collaborate. 

• You are driven by working towards goals and thrive in an organization with performance tracking and growth

• You speak, understand, and write in both good Swedish and English 

• You enjoy working in various digital systems and easily acquire new system knowledge
