We are still looking for an experienced and driven payroll consultant with accounting experience who wants to be part of our dedicated team at ALMA Lön & Redovisning.

About us
ALMA Lön & Redovisning (formerly Lindahl Lön & Redovisningskonsult AB) is a small family-oriented agency that wants your help to grow. The agency was founded in 2015 and we currently have 6 employees, including 2 payroll specialists, one of whom is an authorized payroll consultant.
We have modern offices in Librobäck, Uppsala, where we share space with other companies. Free parking is available, and you can bring your dog to work.
We offer services in accounting, payroll management, and financial consulting. Our philosophy is based on trust, development, competence, and being our clients' obvious sounding board. We strive to create long-term relationships with our clients and contribute to their success.
About the position
In the role of payroll consultant/accounting consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in their payroll and financial management. The position covers at least 70% with the possibility of extension up to 80%. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and clients to ensure that their payroll management and accounting are handled correctly and efficiently.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Payroll management
- Reports to authorities
- Interpretation of collective agreements/contracts
- Payroll liability calculations
- Setups and controls in various payroll systems
- Reports and consultations to companies regarding payroll
- Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
- VAT and tax reporting
- Preparation of declarations and financial reports
- Advising clients on financial matters
- Year-end accounts and annual reports (preferable but not required)
- Income tax returns (preferable but not required)
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
- 2 years of payroll education
- Experience working as a payroll consultant
- Good knowledge of various payroll systems
- An analytical and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Knowledge of accounting, VAT, and year-end accounts
- Experience working as an accounting consultant is a plus
