Both military and civilian personnel work at the staff expedition. We are now looking for a civilian expedition manager.
Main Responsibilities
In your role as expedition manager, you will work as a registrar with special responsibility for leading other registrars at the expedition. You will plan, coordinate, and prioritize the work within the expedition service and report to the head of the staff expedition. In total, this involves leading six to eight individuals on a daily basis. You will have support from an administrator.
As a registrar, you will work with the registration and distribution of incoming and outgoing documents and also staff our internal reception desk where you provide support and service to the Defense Forces' administrators in document management issues. The staff expedition must be able to operate at all hours of the day, sometimes from locations other than the regular offices. Training and exercises may involve limited periods of irregular and uncomfortable working hours, including occasional weekend duties. Occasional business trips to other locations within Sweden may occur.
This position may involve shift work, for example, working day shifts from 07:30 to 16:00 during certain periods and evening shifts from 12:00 to 20:30 during other periods. Other times may also become relevant based on the needs and conditions of the operation. Night work is not expected to occur except during exercises, heightened readiness, or war.
The position does not entail formal managerial responsibility.
