Within the Health and Care Administration, we have full-time as the norm. This means that all permanent employees fundamentally have a full-time position. More information about what this means for this position will be provided during a potential interview. Exceptions (from full-time as the norm) are personal assistants.

You will be based at Fyrisborg 1, floor 4, where you and your colleagues will work together. You will be part of a team with several other administrators, where you will support managers in functional support.

Job Description

Your work will involve supporting the operations and the operations manager with administrative tasks such as:

  • Assisting with staffing during short-term sick leave
  • Managing job applications that come through spontaneous applications
  • Assisting with selection and possibly job interviews. Signaling when needs arise in the operations
  • Working with co-planning in geographic areas, supporting the operations manager in finding new solutions for smart schedules.
  • Creating new and modifying existing operational schedules as needed
  • Ensuring that permissions are correct within each area.
  • Supporting employees in functional support with administrative questions.
  • And other administrative tasks.

Be involved in change processes. Attach documents and certificates that support your education and skills with your application.

Qualifications

You need to have a high school education or post-secondary education, or administrative training that the employer deems relevant for the position. You need to have experience in administrative work and experience in staffing optimization.

We want you to have very good oral and written skills in Swedish as well as very good computer skills. You should have a lot of experience working with scheduling systems and we would like you to have experience in recruitment and co-planning in geographic areas. Experience and knowledge of LSS is an advantage.
