Kila People AB is now looking for two Customer Service Representatives who want to take on an exciting assignment with our rapidly growing client in Morgongåva.

The Role and Assignment

As an employee of Kila People AB, you will work in customer service during evening hours. Your task will be to be the first point of contact for customers and resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The work takes place on-site at our client’s location.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer contact regarding orders, shipping, and invoicing questions.
• Order and invoice management.
• Return handling.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who loves service, is solution-oriented, and appreciates a varied workday. Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.
• Completed high school education.
• You are responsible, decisive, and a strong team player.

Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or email systems is an advantage.

Location: Morgongåva.
