We are seeking a driven Career Consultant for Rusta & Matcha in Uppsala!

About the Role

Arcus is now looking for a driven and engaged Career Consultant for the Rusta & Matcha position!

As a Career Consultant, you will daily meet people who have been job seekers for a long time and need your support to find their place in the labor market again.

To succeed in the role of Career Consultant, you should:

• Have an opportunity-oriented mindset.
• Be trustworthy and have the ability to build good relationships with both participants and employers.
• Have a strong sense of service and responsiveness that comes naturally to you, and you are used to having frequent contact with other people.
• Be passionate about helping participants succeed in finding work or studies.
• Be able to apply Arcus's methods and ways of working to create results and ensure contract compliance.

You will work with people both individually and in groups through, among other things, individual interviews, workshops, interview training, and company visits. Company contacts are an important part of the matching process towards employment, which means we are looking for someone who can develop a network and has a great ability to create and maintain company and customer contacts.

Formal Competence

Alternative 1

• Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time work may also be accepted if the combined working hours correspond to full-time over two years.

Alternative 2

• Education: At least 1 year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade.
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
• Team leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career counseling
• Handling personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
• Work with labor market and employment issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career counseling

• Location: Uppsala (Business travel between nearby locations may occur).
• Employment Type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.
• Extent: 50%
