Limabacka Preschool is newly built and has well-adapted facilities and developing learning environments both indoors and outdoors. The preschool currently has about 55-60 children distributed across four home bases.

The education is based on scientific principles and proven experience, focusing on ensuring that all children succeed based on their circumstances.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a childcare worker with us, you will:

• Be responsible for daily care work and actively contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
• Develop and implement tailored educational strategies for children in need of special support, in close collaboration with colleagues.
• Actively work with pedagogical documentation as a tool to follow and analyze children's learning processes.
• Collaborate closely with parents and colleagues to create a comprehensive picture of each child's development and needs.
• Actively participate in meetings and professional development to stay updated on the latest methods and research.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Completed childcare education and at least one year of relevant experience.
• Experience working with children in need of special support, as well as knowledge of relevant methods and strategies.
• Documented experience working with pedagogical documentation.
• A pronounced relational approach, which means you recognize the importance of secure relationships for the child's development and learning, and have the ability to build trust with both children and guardians.
• An empathetic and inclusive approach towards children and their families.
• Excellent collaboration skills and an openness to professional development.

You need to have a driver's license and access to your own car.
