About the Position

Functional support for users with varying needs for assistance such as support, service, and care.

Delegated tasks according to Health and Medical Care.

You work together with colleagues to provide the user with a good and meaningful everyday life. Your responsibilities include supporting the user in daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, financial management of the individual's funds, activities such as cycling, walking, swimming, and delegated tasks such as medication management, care plans, etc.

In your work, you start from the individual needs of the user and have a pedagogical approach. In addition to the above, your work also includes case management, establishing implementation plans, documentation, and planning based on implementation plans, activity descriptions, action plans, alternative communication, hygiene tasks, cleaning, and purchasing.

The needs of users and the organization may change.

Work may involve day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

You have an education in the care and nursing program, child and leisure program, support pedagogy education, or equivalent education. A B driver's license is also a requirement for the position.

We prefer that you have practical experience in providing functional support, assistance, service, care, performing health and medical tasks, participating in and attending activities and interventions granted under the LSS Act on support and service. You can express yourself in the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), low affective approach (Studio III or similar), Motivational Interviewing (MI), targeted at the target group, interested in technological development, can participate/follow users in activities such as walking, and that you can cycle and swim.

It is important that you as a person find it easy to collaborate, work in teams as well as individually, have a positive view of people. You have a care and service perspective and can adapt your work to different care recipients' needs and situations. To succeed in the position, you need to have good collaboration skills and a flexible approach.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability for this position.
