The Social Administration is responsible for providing support, care, and assistance to people at different stages of life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The domestic violence team works with individuals seeking support for experiences of violence in close relationships. We offer conversations to individuals who are or have been subjected to violence, as well as support for those who want to change violent behavior during conflicts or loss of control. Together with us, people can explore the consequences of violence and take steps toward change.

Working with us means becoming part of an engaged workgroup focused on professional interaction, collaboration, and development.

You will primarily meet adult individuals with experiences of violence in close relationships and support them in a change process. Your duties include conducting individual conversations and group activities, as well as some evening shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a secure and empathetic person who easily builds relationships. Your ability to collaborate contributes to effective cooperation, while you are also structured and meticulous in your work approach. You are proactive and have a solution-focused mindset, allowing you to contribute both to direct work and to the development of the organization.

You are a social worker, social educator, or have other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have relevant experience in meeting individuals who have been subjected to violence in close relationships and can apply your psychosocial change work in practice in a professional manner.

To thrive in this role, it is important that you have a curious and non-judgmental approach and meet individuals with respect, courage, and clarity. You reflect on your professional role and can handle complex situations with a professional and secure demeanor.
