The Social Administration is responsible for providing support, care, and assistance to people at various stages of life. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a new employee for our youth team and for the role of HVB Case Officer, seeking someone who wants to make a difference for our most vulnerable youth.

The youth team is part of one of our investigation units and currently consists of three HVB case officers and four investigating social workers, as well as a senior social worker who leads the team. The team is an enthusiastic workgroup that wants to achieve a lot and is driven by being part of strengthening and improving opportunities for the target group.

Our unit consists of social workers of mixed ages and experiences. With us, you would have many experienced colleagues, a good introduction, and a positive work environment with close supervision. QUALIFICATIONS

As an HVB Case Officer, you will follow the children and youth placed in institutions, HVB, or support housing. The work involves closely monitoring care, planning for the next steps in the care chain, and collaborating with the network around the young person. All external placements are followed by two case officers, and the collaboration with youth investigators, who investigate and follow up outpatient interventions focusing on norm-breaking behavior, is close. As the team is in constant development, the content of the position may change based on the needs of the operation and improvement work focused on the target group.

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and experience in authority exercise. We prefer that you have previously worked with youth issues and that you have a passion for the target group. It is important that you can work independently as well as being part of a team. You also need to see collaboration as both fun and necessary.

The work requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and both structured and analytical thinking, but perhaps most importantly, you should be empathetic and have a good attitude. To thrive with us, you also need to have a desire to contribute to both well-being and the unit's good work in improving living conditions for vulnerable children and youth.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability, and a driver's license (category B) is also necessary.
