NyKraft is a privately owned company within LSS that provides personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values safety and personal interaction, which is why most of our customers and employees are located in Falkenberg.
The goal is to offer a more personalized personal assistance. As a customer of NyKraft, you are offered individual assistance tailored to your needs in collaboration with you. The customer is involved in the recruitment and the final selection of assistants.
We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement.
Job Description:
We are now looking for more personal assistants who can step in and work as needed and during planned absences as substitutes.
Depending on which customer you are matched to work with, different working hours may apply. The most common are day and/or evening shifts.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Calm and clear in your approach and communication
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Driver's license (B)
Meritorious:
- Experience as a personal assistant
