Personal Assistant to Principal (25%)

The person you will assist is a man in his 40s living in Halmstad and working full-time. We are now looking for an assistant who can primarily work evenings and weekends. On weekends, there are both day and evening shifts. The position comprises 25% and has standby duty approximately every 6 weeks.

As a personal assistant, you will assist the user with help in their daily life and in their work as a principal.

Since the client leads an active life, their plans can change quickly, which means you must be prepared for schedule changes and overnight stays in other locations. During the summer, you are expected to cover for vacations, which includes both day and evening shifts. At other times, we help each other cover any sick leave.

We need you who:

Considering the client's work, very good reading, speaking, and writing skills in Swedish and a B driver's license are prerequisites for you to be able to perform the job.

Meritorious skills:

· Basic reading, writing, and vocabulary understanding in English.

· Ability to handle technical aids, such as projectors, computers, and various technical equipment.

· Basic knowledge of administration.

Since the job involves many car trips, a B driver's license is a requirement.
