Preschool Assistant for Our Substitute Pool

You will work as a preschool assistant in our own substitute pool at Sibbarp, Spannarp, and Sunnanäng preschools in the Tvååker area. This means you will be booked and work at one of the preschools, covering for regular educators during their absence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges!

Working in the pool means that you cover for educators' planned and/or emergency absences that may occur at short notice. Working hours will vary greatly, and you may sometimes need to be on-site quickly. Response time is 30 minutes. You must have a driver's license and access to a car.

We are looking for a stress-resistant, flexible person who easily builds relationships with both children and educators, providing children with the best conditions to develop into happy, secure, and curious individuals. We work to give children challenges in an exciting preschool environment, always with the children's best interests in mind. Great emphasis is placed on attitude and flexibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school education, Child and Leisure Program or equivalent.

You have a driver's license and access to your own car.

OTHER

You will work according to Appendix D, which means you have a position that is at least at the level of the position you are employed in but without fixed hours. You will receive bookings from us via SMS. Every 16 weeks, a review is conducted, and all time you work beyond the percentage you are employed at will be paid out as salary.

Varberg Municipality has a political decision regarding the desired employment rate. This means that the employee has the right to work full-time or desired part-time.

The position will be filled provided it is not needed by permanently employed staff.
