Senior Assistance Officer with IBIC Competence – Shape the Future of Authority Practice with Us in Hjo.

We are now looking for a senior assistance officer for our authority unit – a key person for management, processing, and method development.

In this role, you will combine authority practice according to SoL and LSS with responsibility for guidance, quality review, and coordination of the processing process, as well as acting as support for the unit manager.

We are facing an important development phase focusing on quality and legal security in assistance assessments. We are particularly looking for someone with in-depth IBIC knowledge and an interest in method development, as this is a prioritized area moving forward.

Your Responsibilities

This position combines traditional processing (approximately 50%) and management and development focus (approximately 50%). In your leadership role, you will;

• plan, lead, and distribute the group's work
• provide method guidance and coach employees
• lead group meetings and forums for method development
• introduce new employees
• contribute to economically aware decisions and resource use
• drive quality and development work together with the unit manager
• collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• identify and report workplace safety issues to the manager
• work closely with the first social secretary in child and family.

You will be a key person in building robust processing according to SoL and LSS and strengthening the competence breadth in the group.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• degree in social work or equivalent
• good experience and knowledge in authority practice within SoL/LSS
• good documentation habits and legally secure processing
• very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Desirable:

• in-depth knowledge of IBIC, especially regarding standard development and needs formulation
• experience in supervision, management, or method support and/or experience in development work and quality assurance
• good knowledge of LSS legislation
