About the job:

Inkludera Assistans is looking for a female personal assistant, 30 years or older, for a 32-year-old woman in Uddevalla. The client has autism and epilepsy and is a cheerful and active person who enjoys swimming, walking, playing games, beading, and using her iPad.

She participates in daily activities on weekdays, which means that working hours are mainly scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Job responsibilities:

As an assistant, you provide personal support in the client's daily life. The work involves creating safety, structure, and participation both at home and during activities. You assist with personal care, daily chores, and communication. It is important that you are present, empathetic, and patient.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a woman aged 30 and above (according to the client's wishes)

• Is calm, responsible, and has a respectful approach

• Speaks and understands Swedish fluently

• Has good teamwork skills but can also work independently

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with autism and/or epilepsy

• Education as a nursing assistant or other caregiving experience

About the employment:

• Employment type: Hourly employment, with the possibility of a permanent position

• Working hours: Varying – mainly evenings and weekends

• Start date: By agreement
