As a Coordinator

With us, you will become part of a close-knit team that cares about the best interests of the children. Here you will combine both strategic and operational work as you support our family home consultants in their daily tasks. In close collaboration with your immediate manager, you will investigate, recruit, and supervise family homes and guide in complex cases. Additionally, you will have contact with clients and take on a follow-up responsibility regarding our placements, documentation, and on-call duty. With us, a varied role with meaningful tasks, close collaboration with your manager and colleagues, and an inclusive environment that cares for our employees' well-being awaits.

We are looking for someone with:

…a heart in the right place and experience in social work. You are passionate about creating long-term solutions and being a support in challenging situations. As a person, you are secure, flexible, and structured. With your problem-solving ability and caring approach, you remain steady and calm even when the path forward changes direction. With your strategic skills, you contribute to the development of both the organization and the team.

Our requirements:

• Degree in Social Work

• At least 3 years of experience in social work within family home care

• Ability to work strategically and systematically, focusing on quality and development

• Curiosity and flexibility, you thrive in an environment where change is a natural part of the work

• Training in Kälvesten investigation is an advantage

• Supervision training for family homes is an advantage

• Driver's license and ability to travel if necessary

• Swedish language skills in speech and writing
