Manager for Nya Tag HVB in Hunnebostrand and Surte

Do you want to make a difference every day and ensure high quality treatment for men with harmful use, addiction, and co-occurring disorders? Nya Tag is looking for a manager for our HVB operations in Hunnebostrand and Surte.

As a manager, your main responsibility is to ensure the quality of treatment and ensure that we meet our assignments from the commissioners. You ensure that clients receive the right and good treatment, and that the operations always comply with laws, guidelines, and agreements.

About the organization

Nya Tag is a HVB and treatment home for adults, offering support and treatment for men aged 21 to 45 with experiences of harmful use, addiction, criminality, or other social difficulties.

We have operations in Hunnebostrand and Surte, where we also offer support apartments in Surte. The treatment is based on CBT and milieu therapy, and the organization is authorized to provide health and medical care.

About the role

As a manager, you have overall responsibility for care and treatment at the HVB operations. You:

• Ensure that the operations meet the commissioners' requirements and that clients receive the right treatment.
• Lead and organize the operations according to law, assignments, and internal guidelines.
• Are present in daily operations, follow up on quality, and act as the contact person for commissioners.
• Support staff in their work with clients and treatment.
• Familiarize yourself with Nya Tag's treatment methods and ensure they are followed.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is secure, structured, and has a genuine interest in the target group. You are solution-oriented, clear as a leader, and easily build trust. You can choose which operation (Hunnebostrand or Surte) will be your base.

Requirements for the position:

• Degree in social work, behavioral science, or equivalent education.
• Experience working within HVB for adults.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience, preferably with personnel responsibility.
• Must hold a permit from IVO.
• Driver's license B.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good computer skills.
• Criminal record check required before employment.

Meritorious

The following experiences or knowledge are meritorious, but none of them are requirements to be considered for the position:

• Good knowledge of CBT.
• Experience in documentation and quality work.
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Experience in LSS housing.
• Knowledge or training in low-affect responses.
