About us

Welcome to Närhälsan Svenljunga Health Center.

Here, 28 dedicated employees work in various professional categories such as doctors, district nurses, specialist nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. Currently, we have 7900 registered individuals of various ages with us, and together we work to meet our patients' needs in the best possible way. We have a close collaboration with Rehab since they have their facilities in the same building.

In addition to regular health center services, we also have a same-day clinic where doctors and nurses work together, as well as nurse-led specialist clinics such as Asthma/COPD, diabetes, and menopause clinics.

About the job

Your tasks at the health center span a wide range and include general medical competence with patients of all ages and situations. You will work with outpatient care, digital healthcare meetings, home healthcare, and child health care (BVC).

You and your colleagues form a team with the opportunity to develop the business. We achieve success together in a stimulating learning environment with open doors and a welcoming climate. The role also includes supervision of ST and AT doctors as well as medical students, which is an important part of our mission to educate tomorrow's healthcare professionals. We offer you a varied job with good development opportunities, for example through continuous further education of ten days per year.

About you

You are a licensed doctor and have specialist training in the field of general medicine with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement for the position.

We are looking for someone who can work independently but still wants to participate in the development work of the organization. In your work, you will meet many different patients, so it is important that you are attentive and have a good attitude. You enjoy teamwork, and for you, it is natural to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work.
