Part-time Administrator for Utform in Lönsboda

Do you want to work in a varied and creative administrative role where you can combine structure, service, system work, and simpler graphic tasks? We are now looking for a part-time administrator for our client Utform in Lönsboda. Here you will have the opportunity to relieve the operations while contributing to the development of documentation and templates.

Your Responsibilities

As an administrator, you will primarily work with digital product information and ongoing administrative tasks.

Your tasks will include:

• Entering and updating products on the website
• Creating, reviewing, and updating product sheets
• Working in Excel, Dropbox, and other internal systems
• Contributing to the improvement of templates and documents

In the long run, tasks such as shipping and inventory management may be added to the role.

Your Profile

You are meticulous, structured, communicative, and enjoy creating order and developing work methods. You are proactive, curious, and ask questions when needed.

We would like you to have:

• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new programs
• Experience or interest in WordPress, Excel, and preferably InDesign
• The ability to work independently.
• Experience in working with social media
• Swedish language skills in both speech and writing

• Working hours: Part-time daytime

Utform has been around for 30 years and is now owned by AG Innovation AB, with its headquarters in Lönsboda. We offer durable products for outdoor activities. The range includes seating groups, information boards, grilling arrangements, windbreaks, playground equipment, training equipment, etc. Utform has extensive experience with outdoor products in parks, outdoor life, and recreation areas including rest areas and nature reserves. Our versatility in outdoor life allows us to deliver flexible wooden constructions adapted to the environment on site.

We use carpentry in Sweden and locally produced timber.
