JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled investigator and driven project manager in one and the same position. The role is a broad strategic one where you make a difference with your ability to unite different perspectives.

More concretely, the assignment as an investigator involves environmental monitoring, data processing, and analysis. You investigate, for example, capacities, local needs, and skills supply. As a project manager, you are expected to lead change efforts, develop ideas, gather feedback, and plan for follow-up and evaluation. You lead and drive projects from intention to reality.

Your investigative work often becomes decision-making material that is important for our politicians and managers to make well-founded decisions. You are also responsible for the development, follow-up, and evaluation of cross-administrative plans. Your work therefore means that you have great opportunities to influence the direction and success of the administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have relevant university or college education in the area of the assignment, such as political science, urban planning, social work, or law. We would like you to have worked with similar tasks that the employer considers relevant for the position.

You need to be analytical, structured, and have the ability to initiate and drive development issues to succeed in your role. Of course, you can set goals and achieve results and have an easy time creating a holistic view of different areas.

To thrive in your role, you also need to have a high communicative ability in both speech and writing. You are a clear, confident person with high social competence and the ability to engage employees.
