Business Area Primary Care is Looking for a Payroll Specialist

About the Position

We at SJR have now been given the opportunity to help Prima Vård expand its payroll team within the Business Area Primary Care. Today, the team consists of 5 payroll specialists and they are looking for their missing puzzle piece.

Responsibilities

You will independently be responsible for the entire payroll process for employees at the business area's health centers and clinics.

This also includes;

• ensuring that payroll management complies with existing laws and regulations
• providing advice to employees and managers on payroll-related issues
• reporting pensions, managing expenses, writing employer certificates, calculating benefits, etc.
• supporting HR, Controllers, and accounting in various issues
• assisting colleagues as needed
• jointly with the payroll department, being responsible for driving the payroll process forward
• working on continuous improvement efforts

Suitable Background

We see that you have worked independently with the entire payroll process for at least 2 years and are well-versed in interpreting collective agreements, preferably some of Vision, the Academic Union, the Nursing Association, Municipal, and the Medical Association. Experience with Agda is a plus.

You are driven by curiosity and the desire to learn and develop together with your colleagues. You can balance independent payroll work within set deadlines while also advocating for the entire team and the development of work methods. As a person, you are unpretentious, helpful, and see the importance of contributing to a pleasant work environment. You are, of course, meticulous and work in a structured manner.

What We Offer

You will be part of a pleasant office in central Malmö. You will be offered a probationary employment with the possibility of permanent employment after 6 months. Daily breakfast, wellness allowance, and of course a collective agreement are provided. Development opportunities are available based on personal wishes and will be discussed with your immediate manager.
