JOB DESCRIPTION

As a student medical secretary with us, you will have a varied job with competent and engaged colleagues who will help you get started. The tasks vary depending on the operation, but in general, you will work with administrative tasks and support your colleagues by writing simpler dictations.

We are looking for student medical secretaries in many different areas within our organization, so you can specify which operation and location you would like to work in. Your preferences will be taken into account when matching with our operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a completed high school education or equivalent and has finished and passed at least the second or third semester of Health and Medical Administration 80p (KY)/400p (YH) or equivalent medical secretary training. You also have good language skills in Swedish. We view previous work experience as an administrator in healthcare positively.

It is important to us that you focus on the best interests of the patient and that you enjoy varied tasks.
