About the Role

As a Business Developer with us, you will play a central role in driving our establishment and development projects from the initial idea to decision-making basis. You will work closely with the project team and have many points of contact – both internally and externally. The pace is high, the projects are varied, and business benefits are always in focus.

In your daily work, this means you will lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, keep the processes together, and ensure that decisions are made on the right grounds and at the right time. You will participate in project meetings, analyze situations and opportunities, engage in dialogue with municipalities and property owners, and ensure that everything moves forward according to plan. You are the one who has an overview of the pipeline and creates structure in a complex flow of activities.

The role is based in Helsingborg and involves close collaboration with the project team as well as ongoing contact with both internal and external stakeholders.

Who Are You?

We believe you have experience in establishment and development and are used to driving projects where many stakeholders are involved. You may come from, for example, the commercial rental market, property development, or chain operations where establishment issues are central.

As a person, you are open, energetic, and confident in meeting others. You build trust, create networks, and thrive in a role where you represent the company externally. At the same time, you are structured, self-driven, and used to working on multiple parallel projects without losing sight of the whole.

You have a strong business drive and a natural curiosity that makes you want to understand the whole – from market analysis and early stages to construction processes. Team spirit is important to you, and you actively contribute to the team's collective success.
