What does an Accounting Assistant do with us?

In the role of Accounting Assistant…

you will be part of a small finance department where everyone helps each other, and the work atmosphere is cheerful and enthusiastic. Together, we create value in project results by ensuring financial control within the project team. As an accounting assistant, you are an important part of the team, and your main tasks include: 

•   Accounts payable

•        Ongoing bookkeeping

•        Reconciliation of balance accounts 

•        Payment management

•        Time reporting

•        Expense management

your personal qualities are crucial! You are proactive and flexible, with a positive “can do” attitude and very “service-minded”. Last but not least, you are meticulous with numbers, analyze critically, take responsibility for ensuring all work is performed correctly and completed on time. 

To apply for the role, you need… 

• Several years of experience in financial work as an accounting assistant.

• That you have very good system skills and can easily navigate Microsoft Office 

• You are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English in both speech and writing 

If you have experience with Visma Business, it is an advantage.
