Receptionist for Newly Opened Art Hall

We are looking for positive, service-oriented, and responsible staff for the reception at our newly opened art hall, which opens on April 2nd.
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.
The job includes welcoming and servicing visitors, opening and closing the art hall, answering phone calls and emails, cash handling, and sales in the shop. You will answer questions about exhibitions and the organization and also work with simpler administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, meticulous, and responsible, who enjoys meeting people and working independently. Experience in reception, retail, or other service jobs is an advantage.
Working Hours
The working hours are mainly scheduled from 10:00 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM. Shifts may occur on both weekdays and weekends. During the high season (summer period), staffing will be increased.
Other
Introduction and training will take place in connection with the opening and can begin at the end of March. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. Start date will be agreed upon in connection with the opening on April 2nd.
