The hospital in Ystad is an emergency hospital that offers a wide range of specialized care, both urgent and planned. Around the clock, we provide healthcare with quality and accessibility, a holistic view, and care as hallmarks. Annually, we perform about 5000 surgeries, of which one third are emergency surgeries. The hospital is the small emergency hospital with a great sense of openness and community. Here, the work is characterized by short communication paths and proximity to leadership. Since we have the advantage of not being too large a hospital, we can create close and cross-border collaborations between different departments and operations.

The surgical operations consist of general surgery, gynecology, urology, ear, nose, and throat, as well as orthopedics. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a staffing assistant with us, you are an extremely important asset to the operation. You are the link to ensuring that work flows smoothly and that we can meet our patients' needs in the best possible way.

In the role of staffing assistant, you are responsible for short-term and long-term planning of staffing for four personnel groups together with management support, unit managers, and the operational nurse in charge. For this, you need to keep track of governing regulations. Your tasks also include checking outcomes and approving in the HR window. You keep daily track of the staffing situation and call in staff as needed.

Working hours are primarily during the day on weekdays, but weekend shifts during the day may also become relevant.

This advertisement is for a 12-month temporary position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have completed and approved high school education. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing as well as good computer skills are required for the position. We would like you to have previous experience in staffing. Basic knowledge of legislation regarding working hours and health-promoting scheduling is an advantage for the position, as well as knowledge and experience of the HR window (Personec) and the booking system Time Care.

As a person, you are meticulous, efficient, and structured, and you easily adapt to changing circumstances. You enjoy finding solutions and taking your own initiatives. You value work characterized by personal responsibility and participation and contribute to a positive work climate. Communication is a central part of your work. To thrive in your role, it is important that you enjoy working in a team and also contribute to a functioning good collaboration. You also have the ability to handle a changing work pace.
