Immediate need for an Accounting Assistant at an exciting export company in Malmö

We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant for a temporary position starting immediately.

As an Accounting Assistant, you will handle the company's ongoing bookkeeping and other administrative tasks, such as order processing and invoicing. You will also provide general support in the office.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• VAT reporting
• Account reconciliations
• Inventory management

About you:

We are looking for someone with experience in similar work. You are a problem-solver who enjoys numbers and is well-versed in Excel. Experience in a manufacturing company is also an advantage.

You are an independent, positive, and enterprising person who thrives in a dynamic environment.

About the position:

The position is a temporary role lasting from a few weeks to a month. Location in Malmö. Start immediately.
