We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst for a full-time consulting assignment in a multi-market environment 🌍 The assignment focuses on the definition and modelling of business processes across several European markets, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and structure end-to-end processes across multiple markets, ensuring consistency and clarity

• Create target-state process and decision frameworks in line with agreed standards and best practices

• Utilize Camunda to design and maintain workflows, decision logic, and business rules

• Enable business teams to manage and adjust configurable process elements

• Design processes with a focus on scalability, reusability, and governance

• Ensure process design supports strategic goals and measurable performance outcomes

• Lead and contribute to workshops, while supporting documentation and knowledge sharing

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Camunda, including workflow, decision, and rule design

• Demonstrated experience contributing to complex, large-scale change or transformation initiatives

• Practical background in defining and coordinating processes across multiple European markets

• At least five years’ experience in a business analysis capacity within digital financial services or fintech

• Strong understanding of enterprise-level architectures and how business processes are coordinated and executed
