The Mottag unit is composed of six sections with a total of about 65 employees. The unit consists of the eviction prevention team, emergency assistance team, two sections working on issues related to domestic violence, a housing reception, and a reception that deals with financial assistance.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant, you will support and assist with administrative tasks across the entire unit. Your tasks will include, for example:

• Making financial calculations
• Archiving
• Mail handling
• Documentation
• Producing statistics
• Creating contracts
• Responding to inquiries from external parties (e.g., from the guardianship unit)

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education and has experience in administrative work within the public sector. You must be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Good computer skills are also required for this position.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Several years of experience in administrative work
• Experience working with the Lifecare system
• Experience working with Excel

As a person, we see that you have a strong sense of service and find it easy to build effective relationships with both colleagues and external partners, while also being able to work independently. You have the ability to plan and organize your work, but given that the assignment can be fast-paced, this requires you to be flexible and able to switch between different tasks. Furthermore, we see that you are solution-focused regarding the tasks and problems you encounter in your work.
