As we prepare for the peak season of 2026, we are looking for several dedicated, service-oriented, and solution-focused employees who want to help deliver a top-notch customer experience. With us, you will combine customer service, advice, and inside sales – in a team where we value teamwork, engagement, and joy at work.

The position is a temporary employment at 75%, from March to August, and is suitable for those who want to work in a dynamic environment where no day is the same. Weekend work may occur.

ABOUT THE ROLE – Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor, you will be an important part of our customer service team. You will:

• Provide first-class customer service via phone and email.
• Respond to incoming inquiries and provide advice on our products based on customer needs and projects.
• Offer technical guidance related to our product areas, such as conservatories, greenhouses, as well as doors and windows.
• Handle complaints, returns, and customer cases in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Participate in digital customer meetings, for example via Teams.
• Be advisory and contribute to upselling by identifying opportunities and guiding customers correctly.
• Work closely with colleagues in customer service and inside sales to create a smooth and positive customer journey.

PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• High school education
• Experience in customer service and/or inside sales
• Technical understanding of construction and the ability to provide qualified advice
• Good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English, both spoken and written
• Experience from the building materials industry or similar fields
• Experience with Jeeves or other business systems
