JOB DESCRIPTION

The position of temporary registrar is located at the office of the municipal executive administration in Staffanstorp municipality.

In the role of temporary registrar, you will have a central role in the municipality's case management and work with registration, dispatch, and release of documents. You will handle inquiries both internally and externally and provide support to other administrations. The work involves close contact with elected officials, civil servants, and the public. Furthermore, you will work with, among other things, e-proposals, the municipality's elected representatives system, and have a central role in the municipality's data protection work.

You will be part of a working group consisting of the office manager, committee secretary, registrar, archivist, and archive assistant, whose common task is to ensure and develop the case management process and committee administration for the entire municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have education in information management or another equivalent university degree that the employer assesses as comparable. You have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself clearly and pedagogically on complex issues both verbally and in writing. We are looking for someone with good knowledge of the Freedom of Information and Secrecy Act, as well as other laws and regulations governing document management in public administration.

Experience from similar work in a politically governed organization is an advantage. It is also advantageous if you have experience in data protection work.

As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, service-oriented, and have excellent collaboration skills. You can work independently and have a structured approach even during peak workloads. You easily adapt as the position involves a variety of tasks. You take the initiative to create new contacts and build relationships that enable good cooperation.
