JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
With us, you will have a central role in both supporting our managers in daily operational HR work and driving long-term development within the area of competence supply. Currently, the role is largely operational, where you are expected to be a broad and qualified support to our managers in all areas of HR. This can include rehabilitation discussions, negotiations and collaboration, support with interventions for unwanted behavior, recruitment, and terminations. The work is varied and event-driven, which means that your ability to quickly shift focus and adapt to new conditions will be well utilized. By collaboratively developing our processes and strengthening our managers, we create conditions for an even more proactive and strategic approach moving forward.

Within the framework of competence supply, we have begun the work of more strategically long-term competence planning. In this work, you will have significant opportunities to shape and develop the process and create engagement for competence supply throughout the municipality.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be the person we need, and for you to thrive and develop in your role, we want you to have:
- A university degree at least 180 credits in the field of human resources. Whether your degree is relevant for the position will be determined by the combination with your work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in an operational HR role.
It is advantageous if you have previously worked with competence supply issues and you need to have a strong interest in the area and be able to independently understand the process.
We are looking for someone with the ability to take a holistic perspective and who has an unpretentious attitude. You are self-driven and can switch between different perspectives and tasks as well as between operational and strategic work. Others describe you as pedagogical and engaging, as a supportive and collaborative colleague. You can build and maintain good relationships with both colleagues and managers as well as union representatives and employees. You know how to balance clarity with flexibility in your communication style. You enjoy laughing together and see humor as a part of everyday work.
