Do you have experience in systematic quality work and want to contribute to developing quality in an educational group with high ambitions? We are looking for a quality strategist who, at the governance level, wants to help strengthen Edukatus Alliance's systematic quality work.

As a quality strategist, you will be part of the governance's quality organization and belong to the quality and development department. You will have a strategic and coordinating responsibility for digital operational systems and for compiling, analyzing, and presenting quality data and environmental information within the framework of systematic quality work.

You will:

• Systematize, merge, compile, and analyze relevant data that together constitutes the basis for the group's systematic quality work.

• Ensure the quality of materials and processes and contribute with expert knowledge that ensures compliance with regulations and development within and between the various levels of the governance chain.

• Based on the governance's guidelines for systematic quality work, support through competence development, quality dialogues, and quality improvement processes. The work is done in close collaboration with the department's development leaders and supervision specialists.

• Be responsible for digital operational systems related to systematic quality work.

• At an overarching level, develop introduction and training processes for digital operational systems related to systematic quality work and the requirements of the Education Act.

• Regularly report data and materials both internally and externally and monitor the environment.

• Relevant post-secondary education with a focus on pedagogy and good knowledge of the provisions of the Education Act.

• Broad experience in systematic quality work within the education sector, preferably from different school forms and/or governance levels.

• High digital competence and experience working with databases and digital operational systems within the education sector.

• A very good ability to independently structure, compile, analyze, and present information and data with high accuracy.

• The ability to create good collaborations and communicate clearly in both speech and writing.

The position is hybrid with an office in Malmö.

You can work from any location in Sweden but are expected to work from the office when needed; the remaining time can be worked remotely. The job involves travel within the country, both with and without overnight stays. A driver's license (B) is required.
