To ensure continuity, quality, and stability in ongoing financial administration, we are looking for a Financial Assistant for Landskronahem. The consulting assignment allows for a flexible and effective resource solution that will be adapted to the needs of the organization during the assignment period.

About the role

As a financial assistant, you will work with the following tasks:

  • Reconciliation of balance accounts and ongoing bookkeeping
  • Preparation of intercompany invoices
  • Booking of intercompany transactions
  • Reporting of employer contributions (AGI), VAT, and withdrawal tax
  • Quarterly reconciliation of fee-bound costs (heating, electricity, and water)
  • Quarterly reconciliation of maintenance agreement costs
  • Document management for personnel records
  • Contract administration
  • Administration of invoice handling

Mandatory requirements

All requirements must be clearly stated in the CV, including periods, assignments, scope, and responsibilities.

  1. The consultant must have relevant experience in the tasks included in the position of financial assistant, specifically in finance, accounting, and administration.
  2. Good communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken.

  • The consultant should have good communication and collaboration skills.
  • The consultant should be able to work independently and make decisions in accordance with the client's goals and guidelines.

Assignment information

The assignment is expected to start on March 2, 2026, or by agreement with the client. The contract is valid for two (2) years with the possibility of extension for an additional one (1) + one (1) year.

Scope: The position covers 50% of a full-time position, equivalent to approximately 20 hours per week. The need for work hours is distributed as follows: Week 1 covers 40 hours. Remaining hours are evenly distributed over the following weeks.

The assignment is located in Landskrona. The consultant is expected to be available for work on-site at the client's premises for the majority of the assignment period, by agreement.
