We are looking for an experienced finance assistant for a long-term assignment at Landskronahem. The assignment is part-time and is suitable for you who want stability, clear processes, and to work closely with the business over time.

The assignment is carried out within the framework of employment with LetsGig AB.

About the assignment

• Scope: 50% (approximately 20 hours per week)
• Start: beginning of March (or by agreement)
• Location: Landskrona
• Work: mainly on-site at the client
• Duration: 2 years with the possibility of extension up to a total of 4 years
• Employment form: permanent employment with LetsGig AB, assignment at the client

The work is primarily concentrated at the beginning of each month and during quarterly periods.

Job responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliation of balance accounts
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Intra-group invoices and transactions
• Participation in year-end closing work and postings
• VAT and AGI work in collaboration with the accountant
• Administrative financial tasks related to the business

Must-have requirements (mandatory)

To be considered for the role, you must meet all of the requirements below:

• Several years of documented experience as a finance assistant
• Practical experience in ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations
• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Experience working in Unit4/Agresso
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work mainly on-site in Landskrona
• Available for a long-term assignment
• Experience from municipalities, state, or municipal companies
• Experience in VAT and AGI reporting
• Year-end closing experience in larger organizations
• Familiarity with structured, rule-based environments
• Good system skills and proficiency in Excel
