Båstad Municipality is looking for an Administrator in Care and Support

We are looking for you who want to be part of our team in Care and Support. Currently, there are eleven administrators in Båstad Municipality, and you will be one of the team members who plans and staffs the daily efforts.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an administrator, you primarily work to secure staffing in the area and, based on this, ensure the entries in the payroll system. Together with the area’s unit managers, you are involved in the daily operations to secure the business as well as possible. A large part of your working time is spent working in various systems. Your tasks include handling in our payroll system Personec and scheduling system Time Care/Multi Access.
You will sit together with the unit manager and group leader in the home care premises. You will also have collegial collaboration with other administrators in the municipality.
The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a minimum of a high school education in economics, alternatively trained payroll administrator or accounting assistant, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. If you have experience in administrative work and knowledge of our systems, it is an advantage.
As a person, you enjoy being the spider in the web and have a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You work independently and unpretentiously while helping your surroundings with joy. You are communicative and have the ability to create good relationships. You find it easy to learn different administrative systems.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
You need to be able to handle the Swedish language well, both in speech and writing.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
