Job Description

We are now looking for you who want to work as an Archive Administrator at Region Skåne in Lund! As an archive administrator, you will collaborate and support the various units of the operational area based on needs. In this role, you will work closely with other archive administrators and archivists. Your tasks will include sorting mail, receiving deliveries, as well as archiving and sorting documents. Heavy lifting is involved.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a completed high school education. We also expect you to have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience in archive work is an advantage.

You are responsible, flexible, and structured in your work approach and are service-oriented towards both internal and external contacts. We also see that you have the ability to take your own initiatives and act proactively in your work. Being able to convey a welcoming impression even in pressured situations and being able to reprioritize as needed are important qualities for this position.

The position starts with a 6-month fixed-term employment with good opportunities for extension. Expected start in January. Selection is ongoing, so the position may be filled before the application deadline.
