PostNord's Graduate Program
PostNord's Graduate Program offers several exciting opportunities for you who are - or soon will be - a recent graduate with an academic background and want to kickstart your career. Between 5-10 individuals will be offered a ten-month program with extensive and varied learning, from several different parts of our organization, based at our unique headquarters, Arken, in Stockholm.

The dynamics of the market, consumer expectations, and environmental and sustainability requirements present us with numerous challenges and opportunities. We are already at the forefront of innovation, but our goal is to become even faster, smarter, and more agile. To succeed, we need more employees who dare to try new things to understand the purchasing behaviors and recipient experiences of new generations. As a Graduate at PostNord, you will be part of a journey that is about continuing to lead technologically, sustainably, and competitively.
Program Content:
As a graduate, you will belong to a specific department and be assigned a mentor who ensures that you receive a safe introduction, relevant guidance, and good conditions for developing in your role. The program includes:
- Analytical work, contributing to project management and developing data-driven decision-making materials that help us advance our operations.
- Joint seminars and workshops with all Graduates and a Program Manager from our HR department.
- Two rotation periods: A shorter rotation in production to gain insight into our core operations (for example, at a terminal or mail carrier office) and an administrative rotation at our headquarters.
- Focus on working innovatively, driving development, and developing your self-leadership to be prepared for the future workplace.
We are looking for you with:
- A degree from a university in one of the following programs: engineering, business administration, IT, computer science, systems science, or equivalent.
- You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
- You have an understanding of the benefits of digitization, automation, digital tools, and AI.
- You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What does the recruitment process look like?
- Advertising and application: Do you think your educational background and personal profile match what we are looking for? Then you are warmly welcome to submit your application via this ad.
- Selection and tests: We make an initial selection among the applications. Candidates who proceed will undergo psychological tests related to the competencies we are looking for in our Graduates.
- Description of roles and first contact: Shortly after the turn of the year, we will publish the specific departments included in this year's Graduate Program and invite candidates who best match the roles to a digital interview.
- Graduate Day: A number of candidates will be invited to our Graduate Day in Stockholm at the end of March. The day includes interaction with key individuals within the organization as well as individual meetings and interviews with hiring managers. Here, you will also meet people who have previously completed the graduate program.
- Offer from PostNord: After Graduate Day, we will contact the candidates who are offered positions.
