About Revent & information about the position
At Revent International AB, we develop, manufacture, and sell equipment for bakeries worldwide. In 1958, Revent invented the stick oven and has since been a market leader and renowned in the industry for its innovation. In addition to stick ovens, we also develop proofing cabinets and vacuum coolers.

Our headquarters is located in Upplands Väsby, where approximately 100 people work in marketing, development, design, service, purchasing, and production. Additionally, we have subsidiaries in the USA, Czech Republic, and Mexico, as well as an extensive network of distributors in about 50 countries worldwide.

We are now looking for a new colleague, a KMA Manager who wants to be a driving force behind our quality, environmental, and sustainability initiatives and take a central role in our development. With us, you will work both strategically and operationally, with significant responsibility and close collaboration with management and colleagues throughout the organization. In your role, you will report directly to the CEO.

What will you do with us?
Overall, you will be responsible for developing and implementing common practices regarding quality, environment, and sustainability. This applies both in Sweden and at our subsidiaries, with a specific focus on the USA. We want the same standard to be consistently applied throughout the company, regardless of geographical location.

Your tasks in detail:

• Quality focus – You will develop and document our quality management system (ISO 9001), follow up on key performance indicators, lead internal and external audits, and ensure that we do things right – every time. You will also be our contact person for customers and certification bodies.
• Environment and sustainability – You will help us take our environmental work to the next level. This means shaping and anchoring environmental policy, educating the organization, and ensuring that we meet our environmental goals (ISO 14001).
• Deviation management and improvement – If something goes wrong, you will drive investigations, actions, and learning – sometimes alone, sometimes with a team that you coordinate.
• Management support – You will compile reports, KPIs, and minutes for management and be a key person in the work of continuous improvements.
• Training and culture – You will spread a positive quality and environmental mindset throughout the organization and ensure that the competence in the area is present at all levels of the organization.

Are a driven person and thrive in an international environment. You also have:

• Post-secondary education – preferably technical
• At least 3 years of experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, LEAN, Six Sigma, and preferably TS
• Experience in visual management and goal management
• Certification as an internal auditor (merit)
• Strong skills in Excel and MS Office
• Are confident in your communication – both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English
• Enjoy traveling and are okay with traveling up to 10 times/year
