Academic Resource is now looking for interim consultants for future assignments with our client companies in Life Science. We collaborate with some of Sweden's leading players in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical technology – organizations that are in an exciting phase of development, growth, and change.

We are looking for someone who is independent, confident in their skills, and accustomed to quickly adapting to new environments.

About the assignments

As an interim consultant with us, you can work in strategic and operational roles at various levels – from project management and specialist assignments to managerial roles and change management. The assignments vary in length, often between 6–18 months, and can be on-site, hybrid, or fully remote, depending on the client's needs.

Examples of roles we are looking for future assignments:

• Interim R&D or Production Manager

• Interim Quality Manager / QA Manager / RA Specialist

• Interim Validation Leader / Process Engineer

• Interim HR Business Partner / HR Manager

• Interim IT Project Manager / System Specialist (e.g., Veeva, LIMS, MES)

• Interim Project Manager in Life Science / Technology / Product Development

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in Life Science, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical technology

• Previous experience as a manager, project manager, or specialist

• The ability to quickly build trust and drive results in new environments

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

• An academic background in engineering, natural sciences, economics, HR, or IT

Experience in regulated environments (GMP, ISO13485, FDA) is a plus.
