Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing, and you are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

Meritorious:

• Experience with project-based working methods

We are responsible for education and care for approximately 25,000 children in nearly 350 municipal preschools. The administration has about 7,000 employees distributed across approximately 75 professions. Together we work towards the same goal - to develop a fun, safe, and educational preschool for all children in Gothenburg.
