At our newly renovated preschool in Högsbo, you will encounter a modern and caring learning environment where the child's best interest is always the starting point. We work in three tracks to create structure, equality, and good conditions for collaboration in the teams. With support from Lpfö 18, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and our local guidelines, we develop accessible environments that promote participation and exploration. With us, you will become an important part of a team that works together towards sustainable and professional educational work moving forward.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who can create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool's curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience as a preschool teacher in a similar setting

We are responsible for education and care for approximately 25,000 children in nearly 350 municipal preschools. The administration has around 7,000 employees distributed across approximately 75 professions.
