At Hyssna Preschool, we work with children in an age-divided operation. We actively work to divide the children into smaller contexts throughout the day. We value the security in close relationships and follow the children in their explorations. You, as an educator, are present and co-explorative in your work with the children.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a childcare worker at Hyssna Preschool, you will work together with other educators at the preschool and be inspired by the children's curiosity, joy, and their questions. Together with your team, you will plan, implement, document, and follow up on the educational learning processes in accordance with lpfö-18 and selected development areas in a project-based approach. As a childcare worker, you are involved in developing and shaping the educational activities with your team so that all children can develop their best selves.

You work together with your team to create a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children. We start from each child's ability to develop, where you strengthen the child by listening, supporting, and encouraging.

We continuously work on professional development and collegial learning both in cross-groups and in your own team.

We are looking for someone who is a trained childcare worker and is well-versed in the preschool's governing documents and can translate the curriculum's goals into practical work.

You are a creative, active, present, and co-explorative educator.

You have the ability and courage to take responsibility and see opportunities.

You have good collaboration skills and dare to challenge yourself and your colleagues in working with the children and in collegial contexts.

You have a reflective and curious approach with the ability to meet each child based on their individual conditions and needs.
