Leteboskolan is located in the countryside outside Horred in Marks municipality. It is beautifully situated by forest and lake, and we encourage staff and students to take advantage of the nature in the area.

Leteboskolan is characterized by good relationships, both among staff and students. We are skilled at meeting students with different types of needs and challenges. There is continuity in both the staff and leadership at the school, which guarantees long-term improvement in various areas.

Both staff and guardians choose the school because of its size and the climate that exists here. The staff gathers every morning to start the day together. We have a short devotion and then have the chance to talk to each other about the last things that need to be fixed before the students arrive.

We are looking for a certified teacher to work with teaching mathematics, science for grades 4 and 5, and Swedish in grade 5.

The position corresponds to 100%, including mentorship for grade 5.

Permanent employment, start date: 2026-01-07 or by agreement.

As an educator, you will work closely with your colleagues in the school, student health, and resource educators.

We believe that you have the ability to work independently but also in collaboration with colleagues, which we see as essential for developing high quality in students' education. As an educator, you also have a good ability to create and maintain relationships primarily with students and colleagues but also with their guardians.

You are familiar with the curriculum and other governing documents and have the ability to translate theory into practice. You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You have an openness to meet students and adults from different backgrounds and circumstances. You are structured and convey this to the students. You are adaptable and have an easy time collaborating. You are skilled at communicating with both students and adults and are used to adapting your communication. You have a good view of students and the ability to build trusting relationships.
