Peabskolan AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Peab and is located in Malmö, Solna, and Gothenburg. Today, we educate about 300 young people and have offered the Construction and Civil Engineering program for qualified students and Introduction programs for non-qualified students since 2006. Peabskolan's operations are based on a pedagogical model where reality-based learning, active value foundation work, course and subject integration, and an in-depth model for individualization are the four fundamental principles. Evaluations based on both qualitative and quantitative results show that the model has been very successful so far.

Peabskolan in Gothenburg is an independent school that currently has about 100 students distributed across 6 classes. This allows us to have a very close collaboration with each student.

We are looking for you who are a teaching assistant/pedagogue and we can offer you a fixed-term part-time position from January 2026 until December 18, 2026. As a teaching assistant, you need to be good at collaborating and be used to working independently. We value that you are social and have an easy time establishing good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You should be structured, clear, and consistent and have the ability to take your own initiatives. We consider it an advantage if you have pedagogical experience and if you have worked with students with functional variations, psychosocial difficulties, or other concentration problems. You should be responsible, attentive, and secure in yourself. Additional merits include experience from working in leisure centers, youth clubs, or other youth activities.

You will collaborate with the school's teachers and student health team and among other things, help the student with planning, structure, and support with school assignments during lessons.

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to young people and who can also be a good ambassador for the pedagogy that our operations are based on. Particular emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Selection and interviews will be ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline on January 26. There may also be an opportunity for more hours than the 50% that the advertised position includes.
