Kannebäcksskolan is an exciting school with three different school units:

  • Resource School 1-9
  • Adapted Primary School 1-9
  • Deaf and Hard of Hearing F-9

About 220 staff members work at the school.

The school's leadership team consists of a principal and four vice-principals.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a teacher for grades 4-6 at Kannebäcksskolan's Resource School!

You will work with students with extensive needs who follow the national curriculum. You will be part of a team in the middle school.

We can offer small student groups and close collaboration with a student health team consisting of speech therapists, special educators, counselors, psychologists, and school nurses. We also provide training in TAKK (sign language as support), language disorders, and NPF.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified teacher with a teaching license for grades 4-6. You should have qualifications in mathematics and science. You are well acquainted with the curriculum and other governing documents. As a person, you are responsible and have experience with clear pedagogical methods and low-arousal responses. We also see that you have competence or have previously worked with students with NPF.

You are calm, structured, and have a good ability to build positive relationships with students. We want you to be independent, flexible, clear, and creative. We want you to have knowledge of and a commitment to students in need of special support. We expect you to have a good attitude and knowledge of strategies for working with students in need of special support as well as those who exhibit challenging behavior.

We offer a permanent position starting as soon as possible. You will work full-time in a holiday position.
