Malmen Montessori in Borås is beautifully located right next to the lovely Ramnasjön in a large, older, and beautiful brick building. We are one of the largest Montessori schools in the country with approximately 750 children in preschool, primary school, and after-school care, and we have just over 110 employees. The students are divided into mixed-age groups.

We are looking for a certified primary school teacher qualified to teach Swedish and English in grades 6-9.

We are looking for someone with a curious approach, who is positive, responsible, flexible, and secure. You have a structured, creative working method and are skilled at inspiring and motivating students to discover, learn, and develop.

We would like you to have experience in the profession and be interested in Montessori pedagogy. It is not a requirement to be Montessori trained as further education will take place internally. You will help develop our operations in relation to the curriculum and our Montessori educational plan.

You stimulate each child to educate themselves and grow with their tasks and provide freedom under responsibility. From that freedom, students' independence can develop, which then gives confidence and the ability for critical examination.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

The position is up to 100% with a start in the spring of 2026.
