We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and who, with great drive and commitment, takes responsibility for leading and developing the educational work. For us, this means creating conditions for learning based on the curriculum and Montessori pedagogy, both for the individual child and for the group as a whole, as well as for the staff.

ABOUT THE PRESCHOOL

Theresias Katolska Montessoriförskola is a preschool with two departments, accommodating a total of 30 children aged 1-5, located in Haga. In our pedagogy, we draw from Maria Montessori's ideas, where we believe that children are curious, full of joy in discovery, and eager to try and learn new things.

We who work here are attentive and observe the children to always ensure that the environment is well-prepared and stimulating. Based on the curriculum, the Education Act, and the Convention on the Rights of the Child, we develop the preschool's operations in accordance with fundamental democratic values.

Everyone in the preschool works to promote respect for each person's intrinsic value and for our shared environment, believing that Montessori pedagogy goes hand in hand with our Christian profile, where we care about the significance of every individual and all connections on Earth.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• is a qualified preschool teacher with the authority to teach in preschool
• has a desire to further develop the preschool with the children's best interests in focus
• is positively inclined towards both profiles of the preschool
• is interested in working in an organization with short decision-making paths
• is independent, proactive, and communicative
• has good leadership skills

Start date is March 1. We place great importance on personal suitability. A probationary period will apply.
