About the Workplace

You have the opportunity to work at one or more preschools and have great flexibility in deciding when you want to work, provided it aligns with the needs of the preschools for substitutes.

Job Responsibilities

Examples of job responsibilities include reading a book, participating in meal situations, engaging and playing with children both indoors and outdoors, and more. As a substitute, you are responsible for your own work clothes that should be suitable for both outdoor and indoor activities. Keep in mind that the preschools are outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

It is important that you have a genuine interest in working with children. As a person, you are independent, responsible, and attentive, able to adapt your working methods to the needs of the organization, and you communicate clearly.

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be able to speak and understand Swedish in both speech and writing.

We require that you, as a substitute, can work at least 8-10 days per month, preferably more.

We are looking for you who are trained as a preschool teacher, studying the child and leisure program, or have other equivalent pedagogical education. However, you are also welcome to apply if you have other experience or an interest in working with children.

Previous experience from work or internships in preschools or other work with people is highly meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

For those who are not citizens of the EU/EES area, a work permit is required. This does not apply to those with permanent residence permits. The work permit must be presented at the time of the interview.
